Isolaz Treatment

Day Medical Salon has Isolaz, the revolutionary pore cleansing and acne treatment laser. ISOLAZ by Solta Medical, is the only FDA approved laser to treat active cystic acne. ISOLAZ works by pneumatic action. The suctioning removes debris and sebaceous plugs from the pores. A blue light is then delivered which is the wavelength which is absorbed by the acne bacteria. Red light is added which has been shown to reduce inflammation.

What can I expect from the ISOLAZ treatment?

Results start to visibly show after about the third treatment. ISOLAZ takes a series of six treatments to complete. The treatments last about thirty minutes. You may not visibly see a change on the first treatment but you feel the difference. ISOLAZ provides a substantial reduction in acne breakout after the completion of the series.
